- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutSpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of our services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutSpark from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
